Propelled Photographs". A songs album.
My son, 10 at the time it came out, fastened
on this disc with relentlessness and played
it day in, day out. Non-stop. He played it in
the morning and at night. We had to take it
on holiday with us. The experience of hearing
a child sing "You've got to save yourself"
every breakfast time made me start to wonder
about the potency of the baraka Idries Shah
was sprinkling over Daevid Allen back at Robert
Graves's place all those years ago…

Daevid and Josh will be going to Japan in October for a week of gigs, some with Acid Mothers Gong, some as solo/duo gigs. Michael is going along as mascot, photographer, and general research for the UofE library and tourism department. APRIL-MAY 2006 UNCONVENTION GONG FLYER : University of Errors have been announced as performing at the Gong Unconvention being held in Amsterdam from November 3-5, 2006 in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Daevid's original vision of the Planet Gong.
